AAAh, the thought of exercising. Since I have never been a fan for anything athletic, other than walking to the refrigerator, in the past only exercise I have gotten.
Well since sparkpeople, I now look forward to turning my everyday activities into to an exercise challenge. For example, the other day went to the store, and purposely stayed there a little longer than usual to get some walking exercise. Actually it was quite fun, I tried to walk as fast as I could to get my heart rate moving, and guess what it was a workout, not very big, but a workout just the same. This was my first attempt at exercising.
It was just the one day, I haven't been able to do anymore , due to illness. But, now I know that I can make a challenge of it and get it done.
