Wow that is pretty strict but I get going right back to the basics to eliminate foods causing problems. Will she reintroduce you to dairy (specifically milk) at any point or is this your way of eating for the rest of your life.

If this person inspires you and motivates you then go for it. Basically she told you to do the healthy things that any practitioner would tell you.
The important thing is that she told it to you in such a way that you heard her! And that's important.
Anyone interested in feeling better would be better off to cut back on red meat, limit high fat dairy and other high fat foods. Eat more veggies and fruits, cut out pastry and sugary foods.
It took a good scare to get me back to Spark. I started gaining weight back , suffered from lack of sleep, cholesterol soaring,itching and having lots of pain.I started getting back to healthy by going to a Iridologist and she homed in on my problems without any prior knowledge. She started by restricting Most dairy except lactaid and plain ff yogurt,no caffeine, then no breads,pastries, white flour MSG,canned food and no sugars allowed only Honey. I was cut down to red meat 1X week and fresh fish only.The first couple days were hard especially giving up my cheeses, coffee and goodies. Well Monday will be 2 weeks and Im feeling much better and just started to take several different vitamins she recommended.I know sleep 4-5 hrs. a night, decreased itching, pain, and lost 4 lbs. I know believe in iridology, guess it proves you should always keep an open mind.
