I'm having a difficult time getting nutrients like magnesium, etc. Can anyone out there help me reach my goals with out having to eat the whole green section at the grocery store? I'm also not big on supplements as most of them are more like eating rocks. I questions whether or not they even metabolize and they're chemicals, which sometim es upsets my stomach. HELP???? ANYONE????
