I have been doing so well on my eating goals, I am proud of myself big time! However, because of my underlying chronic pain issues that are centered in my back, but widespread throughout my body exercise is so spaced out to days I can actually move somewhat nicely that I don't feel like they are doing me any good. For instance today the middle of my back and down to my knees hurts so bad that even just laying down or sitting in a chair hurts. I haven't been able to do any cardio since Wednesday or Thursday and weight training would probably kill me.
I am going to the doc on the 3rd of April (would have been the 20th of this month, but doc was sick). Hoping they can give me something to manage the pain and diagnose the problems.
Anyway, just needed to vent, I feel like poop today and it just isn't fair. I started this journey to help me lose weight not only for personal appearance but hoping it would help with some of my health issues as well, but if I can't work it from the pain.............grrrrrrrrrrrrrr..........
