I recently had a bad bout of heath problems. Subsequently, I lost alot of my "condtioning' I'd been working to achieve.
But now, I'm getting back on track. I have my 10th highschool reunion this fall, and I am determined to loose 50 plus lbs by October!

So, I would like to invite anyone and everyone to join me in a quest to
GET THIN THIS SUMMER!!!!!!
Lets go get 'em!!!

I'm starting by bicycling, and swimming at the beach everyday! Mondays, both, Tuesdays, swim, Wednesday rest, Thursdays Swim, Friday, rest, Saturday bike, Sunday rest, and so on.

Also, I'm going to eat ONLY natural foods!

So JOIN ME, GUYS, IN THIS TREK FOR HEALTH!!!! LETS-GET-FIT-THIS-SUMMER!!!!!
