Use the site daily and be consistent with your food tracking and exercise. Read the articles for information. Read member blogs for motivation and encouragement.

This is a fabulous site and if you rely on it daily and remain consistent with your program, you will achieve your goals.

I'm not totally new to sparkpeople, I did sparkpeople back when I just started my weight loss journey back in 2009. Now I'm 154lbs and my goal is 125lbs so I"m getting back to the basics to reach this long awaited goal.
