hey im right there with you! I felt much better as well after a not-so-great series of days after I got to the gym and started doing something toward my goals... thats how its done...keep at it!

Finally got my butt back to the gym tonight & it felt so good. Came home & had a healthy snack & then a balanced dinner.

Also re-signed up for a local zumba class. Starts tomorrow!

Saw a picture of myself from a concert meet & greet last week & that was extreme motivation to get back on Sparkpeople & to healthier ways.
