I have just started back on Sparkpeople and now I'm using the SparkCoach....though I am feeling out of control even though it is day 2 of the program. What kind of reminders do I need to post to myself to remember what size portions I should be eating at breakfast, lunch, dinner, & snack time? Also, should I save snack time for the dessert or the mid-morning treat?? I did both today.

"Don't Limit Your Challenges--Challenge Your Limits" I read this on a sign of a storage unit place that is located on Washington Ave in Ocean Springs, Mississippi.
