I go to the YMCA every am and do cycle class and interval training abs. Then I did the videos tonite. I had a knee replacement in aug doing great and this is the year that will look like a high school girl again. My goal is to be the smallest momma at my son's edding in sept. I struggle with food portion size so it is easy to go by weight watchers it is the name Janet mccarthy
