By looking at some of the dates on my Sparkpage, you'll notice that I've been on here for a while. However, I always come back because Sparkpeople has some really great resources (both articles and videos). It's also a great place to find a buddy. If you ever need the extra motivation or help, don't hesitate to ask.

I have been back and forth on this site multiple times, and the best advice I have is breaking your goal up into small chunks and to not look at the scale all that often. Track your food everyday, try to stay within your calorie budget, and get in extra exercise whenever you can. There are a lot of supportive people on this site! Feel free to add me as a sparkfriend if you want to have someone to check in with!

Hello...I have had a lot of trouble staying with a diet. I have been very discouraged. I need a lot of support. Hope to find it on this site. I would like to lose 30 pounds.
