Thanks for the information, never thought of it like you write it. But your right I do have to get and go to work, so I should treat dieting the same way. It something that needs to be done.

The hardest part is getting started, but once you do it's the best feeling, and nothing beats how you will feel afterwards. One step at a time... I also find the first week of getting back into a groove is hard - after that it becomes so much easier... just like getting up for work each day its just something you do. You can do this!

Getting started every morning is really hard for me too. I did something different this morning, I usually do Sp first thing in the morning to see how many points I can get. Today I read a comment made by a friend on Sp and she was so inspirational and dedicated, I got some motivation from her. If she can do it, so can I. I just needed to connect with someone who does this well consistently. Then I drank 8 oz water. I'll see if this helps. I have found it very difficult to get started on my weight lose program today. I am going to have to have alot of will power and motivation.
