Welcome to SP. About the only advice I can give is keep yourself accountable. Keep tracking those calories, every single bite. That always helps me. Also keep healthy snacks available, especially fruit and veggies. And keep telling yourself that YOU CAN DO IT :)

Hi,

I've recently left weight watchers because I will be going away for a month. But until then I am having trouble getting back on track and seem to constantly be craving junk food and carbs. And I am difficulty keeping my calories in check. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to curb my over eating or impulse eating and how to stay on track.

I also live at home with my mum who I love dearly, but while she has gained a bit of weight is not concerned and while she does support me to an extent for losing weight and trying to continue losing she is hard to speak with sometimes. She does not understand the struggle we all face when going about something like this.
