Hi everyone. I'm starting my No More Excuses Tour for this year. I am determined to lose weight and be more active. I am a breast cancer survivor and developed Type II Diabetes afterwards. My goal is to get healthy for myself and my family. I look forward to participating more actively in Spark People.
