Don't worry ! You will NOT derail any of your efforts at good health or weight loss because you can't exercise for a couple of days. Take the time off to get over this bug. It's no use trying to exercise when you're fatigued and hacking up stuff you'd only find in a Stephen Kind novel.

I hate being down & out :(. My plans were to go to the gym yesterday & today. It is such a bummer, but so necessary to rest to let the body heal. In the meantime I am drinking hot tea, and taking zinc, Vitamin C & D & just hoping for a speedy recovery.
