Well, Spark People members:
This is the end of day #2 for me. I am excited about my adventure. Hoping the excitement sticks around at minimum 4 weeks. I believe by then I will have established good eating habits and an exercise routine and I will be stronger to follow through with the sacrifice I have to make for Lent. I am giving up process sugars and not eating after 6pm for the 40 days.
It is a challenge as I love my sweets. But this is something I have to do because diabetes runs heavily in my family. I am at a point where, if I do something about it now I can avoid medications/insulin shots.
