anything at all that makes you want to workout is great. Look at your vision collage (or make one, if you haven't already); remember the reasons you started this journey, remind yourself you don't want to go backwards, whatever works, I have to find different motivation all the time, but I won't let myself give up!

It is hard to get moving. What inspires you in general? What kind of exercise are you looking to do? Do you function better if you are accountable, like a group activity? Some days I only make it to the gym because I know that people are expecting me. Ya know? LOL
