I have been having a lot of trouble getting motivated and sticking with my weight loss plan, but this past week I went to a camp with my 5th and 6th graders at my church that involved a LOT of walking up and down hills since the camp is in the mountains. I got home yesterday and woke up this morning feeling weird that I hadn't walked at all today. So I went on a 1.7 mile walk in the hills around my house. I am so excited and finally feeling like I can conquer my laziness and reach my goals! emoticon
