The Fitbit has really motivated my daughter. The Fitbit company has the ZIP for only $59 BUT if you go to Best Buy and have a buddy that also would like one you can get a dual pack for $99 - that is a pretty good savings!!

Set small goals with rewards. Go easy and slow at first. Let your momentum build as you add new healthy habits to your lifestyle. Change 1 little thing at a time.

Do not try to change everything all at once! That will sap your motivation for sure.

You don't have to eat the whole thing.

I am looking for ways to get motivated and stay motivated to lose weight! I am 21, and a full time college student! I am very busy, and possibly going to be in a musical this spring, this would mean my school day would start around 11AM and end around 3PM and I would have rehearsal Monday through Thursday 6pm-9pm and later 6 to 10pm or later. Any ideas or suggestions for a broke college student? I have the means to work out and buy food, but that's it! I need help wanting to work out!

I also am looking for someone be my accountability partner! Anyone interested or know of a forum I can look into finding someone?
