Judemig, again, I believe your problem is probably not enough calories for your amount of physical activity-calorie burn. I would look at your nutrition tracker and fitness tracker but you have them set as private.
If you aren't losing anything for 3 weeks, I recommend you track your exercise AND everything you eat for a week. Then be sure your fitness goals are set properly for the amount of calories you burned in the week.

Something to ponder: you may not be eating enough. It's often recommended to people who plateau (and who have a good workout regimen) that you bump up your calories a little, even if it's for a week or 2. You may not be eating enough to support your exercise regimen and your body's processes, to include losing weight. Not sure what your height is. I'm 5' 3.5" and know for a FACT that my metabolism would slow to a horrific crawl if I took in 1200-1500 calories a day because I would be in starvation mode and wouldn't have enough fuel in me to support my body's functions and my workouts. I don't track calories, but I know that I'm taking in at least 1900 calories a day (probably more than that) from a wide variety of food groups. I'm often hungry, I go hard in my workouts and I have already started losing weight. So, you might want to research and consider bumping up your calories in the form of high quality whole foods.

No weight loss for me in three weeks; staying the same. I just don't get it as I have been staying right around 1200 calories and doing exercise (not too strenuous). I do not feel deprived so, so I will carry on with the plan. Sure feel better now that I am eating actually more than I did before. Going to try to eat more vegetables and see if that works!

Know how you all feel. Been doing this for at least 4 weeks and haven't lost any! I know i haven't been perfect but I should have lost some. I guess I just have to keep trying -don't know what else to do!
Deb, it usually pops up as you start to do more fitness minutes, which usually burns more calories. It happened to me when I started a training program to do a walking 5k. And this month, I have been in the pool 1/2 to 1 hour almost every day, treading water and doing the crawl. It's amazing how many calories treading water burns. That increased my minimum calories by 300 a day.
I have a hard time with the fueling the body too. It seems like it is the opposite of what I should be doing because they always use to say to lose weight you have to reduce calories. I did lose a pound this week! Yea - makes me feel a lot better. Haven't gotten the message yet to check my goals but will definitely keep an eye out for it.
If you are using your nutrition and fitness trackers, Check your fitness tracker. If you have a message saying you need to check your goals, then you need to check your goals for how many calories you want to burn. Click the link in that message and scroll all the way to the bottom of all the questions. In the question How many calories do you burn a week, enter the total calories you burned the last week.
Your calorie range will probably change in your nutrition tracker, automatically.
That has been the hardest thing for me to "get" that I will NOT be successful if I don't feed my body what it needs.
Let me know if this doesn't make sense.

You are very clever. In my frustration moments, I did think about muscle vs. weight loss. I do walking, lift 5 pound weights and toning DVD. The other thing I have noticed is how my clothes are fitting. I appreciate your comments and am not giving up! I think this website is awesome and I don't remember how I came across it, but am grateful.
what kind of stuff are you doing as part of you workout regime? Maybe you're gaining muscle and therefore you don't see actual weight loss. I take pics every month instead of relying on a scale it helps when you can see the work that your doing, how ever big or little

The success stories help me NOT to get impatient and frustrated. I give myself credit for being here and making healthy changes daily. I won't be perfect. But I have goals and I am slowly attaining short term goals and see that I can do this. It will take a year or maybe two... but I am determined to enjoy the journey. I am at an age where I feel I deserve to allow myself to be happy. Attitude is everything!

I'm in the same boat, and instead of not "losing" weight ... I'm actually gaining. I purchased a BodyMedia so I can more accurately track my calorie burn because I think the estimates on here are really high. As an example, I used the elliptical at the gym the other day, worked really hard at a high intensity for 45 minutes and the machine (which WAS programmed with my weight and age) said I burned 620 calories. When I entered the same exercise into my fitness tracker here on Spark it said I burned over 900 calories. I'm hopeful that the BodyMedia will help with this so I can get a more accurate count of the calories I'm supposed to be eating.
I am another week in and not a pound lost. I guess it is really frustrating because I have a friend at work doing weight watchers and she comes in every week saying how she has lost weight. Now I know she has more weight to lose than me but it is such a bummer to hear her say she is losing weight when I feel I am doing all the right things and now nothing. I had lost 5 pounds in my first month and now here I sit losing nothing for a month. Is there something else I should be looking at that maybe is holding me back from losing?
And since it has been a long time since I have used this site the last time. How does everyone get their weight goal posted on here?

I think you are right, if I lower my calories It will probably make my body go into "starvation mode.' I have done a lot of thinking about this today and I am not going to give up. I will continue to measure and weigh my food and give it at least one more month before I try something else. After all, it took me a longer time to put these pounds on.
I am pretty good at measuring my food. A little tough when not eating at my own house but other than that I do measure. And can't say I am at a healthy weight. I still want to lose at least 20 more pounds and based on my height I should lose another 25-30.

I don't think you should cut back on exercise. 20 mins per sessions seems pretty reasonable. How accurate is your calorie tracking? Are you weighing and measuring food? Are you including everything?
As other posters have said, if you are already at a healthy weight it will be harder to lose as well.
I am right there with you. I am not giving up either but not sure what I should be doing. I believe I should be losing about a pound a week as well. But I hear if I lower my calories than I am not fueling my body enough when exercising. It is all sooooooooo confusing!

I am frustrated as I also stay within the caloric allowance (closer to 1200) exercise 20 ,minutes at ;;least 5 times a week and lift weights to tone my arms everyday. Also been working to get our house ready to be put on the market. I am stuck at the same weight for the last three weeks also. I only have one Bud 55 maybe four times a week, but drink 8 glasses of water every day. I just do not get why I am not losing at least one pound every week, I am not giving up though, but I am tempted to ether lower my calories or go the way of low carbs. Anyone have any suggestions?
Oh, I don't track my exercise. Food tracking is enough for me.
Don't actually know my BMI but I do stay within my calorie range of 1200-1500 calories a day. I am normally closer to the 1200 instead of the 1500. I do keep my carbs, protein, & fat in the recommended ranges as well. I normally exercise about 20 minutes a day when exercise. Should I actually cut back on my exercising?
Some questions? Are you at a healthy BMI? If you are, your weightloss will be slower. Are you eating enough? Exercising 6-7 time a week is a lot and you may not be fueling your body enough. You are really close to goal and you may not lose for a couple weeks until your body catches up again.
So I have been faithful in staying within my nutrition plan of calories, etc and exercising faithfully 6-7 times a week using some of the videos from here. My fitness tracker says I am burning more calories than my goal but I can't seem to lose any weight for the last 3 weeks! What is going on??? Why am I not losing weight - and I still have a good 20 lbs to lose. It is frustrating to get on the scale and not see it move!
