Congratulations to each of you - it's great to hear from people who are FEELING the benefits as well as seeing them.
Sometimes I'll pick up something heavy, such as a box of cat litter or the like, and as I'm hefting it will realize that I used to carry even more that that around with me every day! It's pretty eye-opening and sure helps keep me determined to keep those pounds off for good.

I started SP August 22 and have put in fitness minutes nearly every day. I am amazed at how much energy I have !!! I was in meetings yesterday at work and was so antsy to get up and move (not how it used it be I tell you !) I am most impressed that it happened in only 6 weeks !! Good luck to all of all of you on your journey to a healthier you ! We CAN do it !!

I am on the same page! Feeling better is quite the benefit of what we are doing here! I just started Spark again a few weeks ago and when I weighed myself this morning....I lost 4 pounds!!! I am very happy! Keep up your good work...it will pay off!
