What about putting it in jelly?

I put physillium husk in jelly before, tasted bit weird but it was ok.

Hartleys do a sugar free one, 1 sachet makes a pint of jelly, technically 4 servings, but I eat in two, which is still only 20 calories. They do an orange flavour, or a lemon lime you could try it in?

I have just (to my horror) been prescribed Fybogel twice a day to try and settle the pain I am suffering from with diverticular disease.

The dratted stuff is DIS.GUS.TING!!!

I've been given the orange flavour. I tried fizzy water for my second dose, and it marginally helped, but would lemon or natural flavour be better and can you ingest it some other way than by drinking it, as long as you follow it down with a large glass of water?

Has anyone here found a way to make fybogel more palatable?

In desperate hope,
Hugs,
Lex xxx
