Hi I am Frank (The Butcher's Dug)

I am from Scotland and i am planning to follow the spark solution to get me up and running.

I have around 100lbs to loose but more importantly i want to become more fitter and to be a more positive role model for my two daughters.

Anyway i really hope to get to know a lot of you and wish everyone every success with their own spark journey's.

The Butcher's Dug.
