This is an other on of my big problems. I just keep hitting the snooze button. I'm not going back to sleep and I'm already up, I just don't get up. I could be doing so many things to be productive. I hate it, it just seems like there's nothing around it.

Any thoughts?

Ironically that is one of the ways I reward myself :) I'm allowed to hit snooze.

Great idea! Studies show that the extra "rest" from snoozing isn't actually helpful. But having that time to plan your day, pack a lunch, or just orient and organize is a great idea.

I set my 3 fast break goals today: Eat a Healthy Breakfast, Exercise 10 minutes a day, and Get up without Snoozing. The last one will be the most difficult for me. However, I think it will help me to meet my other goals. Having an extra 10-20 minutes in the morning will be key for being able to plan for my day.
