If you are wanting to do a personal tracking of your progress, you can Create a blob on Your Spark Page! There is also a small area at the bottom of your Food Tracker where you can make special note about the day! If you want to keep them private, you can choose that option. Otherwise they can be shared publically or just with Spark Friends! Typically Message boards are for communicating, encouragement and accountability. The team message boards are more specific according to the team. Many of them provide challenges. Many people try to earn Spark Points with a quick post and don't really get too deep on the message boards! But there are a lot of people who don't follow these idea and post "whatever" on the message boards!
The race to fitness is unending for when you reach your goals, it becomes a race to stay ahead of the temptations that seek to pull back to where you came from!
Just a quick question.. which board is most appropriate to post general updates to your progress? I'm just looking for a place to go to post about my day - good or bad - what I did or didn't do, etc. I don't want to bore my Facebook friends with what they may consider boring or mundane when I just need someone to "have my back".
