I just started it last week and am now on week 2. I read the book a few years ago and that did help. I'm finding the online retreat is a lot more useful and uses more tools. I would recommend it.

I haven't purchased her workshops but I have read her book, Feeding the Hungry Heart.
At the time I read her book, I wasn't contemplating change. In my mind, I could not imagine myself living a life without disordered eating or an eating disorder. I just wasn't ready to use the tools she suggested.
I attend individual counseling, group counseling and for a while I attended OA. The face to face contact with others really helped me feel accountable. I know that mental help is expensive so I would say go for it if you are thinking about making a change.
