I use the Wii Sports disc that came with our wii and also the Wii Sports Resort that requires the Wii motion plus controllers. We don't have a balance board to do Wii Fit yet. The games are probably not as intense a work out though the boxing burns as much as 8 or 9 calories a minute for me using the training mode "Work the heavy Bag" or the game mode boxing matches against AI and the sports resort swordplay almost as much if playing against a person. My nephew has some of the professional wresting games and waving arms about frantically to raise the character's energy meter would probably be fun and sweat inducing if I liked the game itself better. We don't have that many games that are really fitness focused yet but if you haven't tried Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort, I would say check them out, maybe.
