I am writing this for I am getting a little frustrated with myself. I have been working hard at not eatting as much. I have cut out Sodas completely and trying to eat more balanced meals. I am not snacking on junk food either. But for the last few months the scale budges nowhere....I thought maybe the scale was stuck at 165...but nope...others use it and see great progress. I am unable to fit in clothes that I swore I had shrunk in the dryer...since the scale still said 165....but lo and behold measuring myself with the measuring tape.....WHOA...I have gained great gonzoes in inches. What is happening. I am concerned!!!
