I'm disappointed this morning....started 3 weeks ago....lost 1 lb each week & today I weighed in & gained .6. --- I know there will be ups & downs during my journey, but still disappointed.
Today is the beginning of my new week & ill make it work!
I'm sure humidity might be helping me retain water & yesterday wasn't my best food choice day - 1/2 serving of Chinese @ lunch & 2 tacos @ dinner....should have made better choices but today will be a better choice day,
