no worries...your weight will fluctuate. It's ok. it could be water, it could be carbs too late in the day (I don't eat carbs after 2 pm, or they show on the scale the next day) and it could just be hormones, TOM, a million things. Focus on non-scale victories, trust me, you will be far more content and more easily focused on the journey.

I went to atlantic city for 2 nights... Tried to be good... Didn't go to the buffets... Just a dinner place.. Took half food home..did a lot of walking too... Still gained a pound... Yuk..
