no worries...your weight will fluctuate. It's ok. it could be water, it could be carbs too late in the day (I don't eat carbs after 2 pm, or they show on the scale the next day) and it could just be hormones, TOM, a million things. Focus on non-scale victories, trust me, you will be far more content and more easily focused on the journey.
