Today was measuring day and stayed the same. 24 in. lost since last April 3, 2012. I am satisfied that that. Walked 10,256 steps or 5.20 miles. To be honest ( first of all I have COPD AND IT IS KIND'VE TAKING ITS TOLL ON ME) so I think 10,000 stepsis good for I am 72 1/2 yrs. old. I went to check into SparkAmerica and hit Michigan and I am in 4th place for April. Can't believe it. WOW !!! But you know what your limit can be so.also drink plenty of water GOOD LUCK , GOD BLESS YOU ALL AND YOU CAN DO THIS !!! .
