I know it's a day late, but I pick up the phone and call a friend to chat. I am not a chatty phone person, so this is a good pick me up that is not food or exercise motivated. We need to take care or our 'cognitive' health too! Hugs to you!

Those both sound like great ideas - it is much later, but I'm feeling a bit better have some music on and while my bike is in winter hibernation, I'm going to go see if hubby wants to tak a evening stroll. Thanks!!!

I was feeling that way earlier today. So I bundled up, got on my bike and rode for an hour. Things are much better now. All the best to you!

I am feeling really under motivated because of the gray rainy day! It's only 5:46 and it feels like 9pm! HELP!!! What do you do when a gray day is keeping you tired?
