I am Grandma Franny and 72 1/2 yrs. old. I have been since about 1:20 am. Say my prayers and usually exercise 2 hrs. and walk 45 min. I am usually done by 5;30 am. Yesterday, I did 10,004 steps in 55 min. . My reasons are for my health. Had 2 heart attacks and went to Dr. April 3rd. I was bloated and trigleceride level was 229. I weighed 162 lbs. He put me on a probotic diet. NO CAKES, PIES, COOKIES, BREAD, PIZZA & NO POP. It was a struggle but by June 8th last year I lost 19 lbs. but to me not good enough so I came on to SPARKPEOPLE in Aug. and started working out and walking. Next Dr. visit trygleceride went down 29 points and I lost another 10 lbs. So, in Oct. again, I was down another 15 lbs. And then in Dec. My Dr. didn't recognize me I had lost a total of 43 lbs. Well, to make it short as of today I have lost 61 lbs. and total inches lost 24. My determination is to be healthy. And I know you can do it, Too. So, SPARKPEOPLE, LET'S DO IT !!!
