Again woke up about 1:20 am so said my prayers and one for ALL OF YOU. It is now 3:14 am and started exercising at at 1:56 am and it is now 3:14 am and I will be starting walk of 45 min. to one hour if I can handle it ( I KNOW I WILL ) MOTIVATION IS THE KEY TOWARDS YOUR GOALS IN LIFE and like I've told many of you IF YOU WANT SOMETHING BAD ENOUGH "YOU CAN DO THIS " A COMMITMENT TO YOURSELF. YOU AND ONLY YOU.There are plenty of us to help you and I am a few but with older ideas. BE PROUD OF WHAT YOU STARTED AND ( JUST FINISH THIS SENTENCE ) AGAIN, WE CAN DO THIS !! .
