Haven't been on here for awhile but have continued to journal my food, drink my water, and added additional activities to make my orig. goal for SP here! I returned to WW and purchased an Activity Monitor which motivated me to move MORE than my 12 hrs of tennis per wk that my body was used to...I started a walking program on my own and started some golf lessons to tweak my game so now playing in Golf Tournaments also....hope everyone is doing fine and moving towards their personal goals here.... Will post on these boards and have to say that this is ALSO a fantastic program with very informative information to keep one educated in the journey to a more healthy lifestyle...
