Since I really into Sparkpeople I have not been on the couch much! I am always busy. I am trying to find new ways to stay busy. My next project is going to paint my kitchen.

I get to decide if I sit on the couch or not..................I decided to go for an hour walk. My active life style is between me and Jesus and no one else...........

GOOD JOB !! But the results how about that. To be honest I woke up this morning at 2 am ( every morning, say my prayers, exercise 2 hrs., walk 45 min. ( today an hour. You have made commentment to take care of YOURSELF, BUT WHAT THE HECK SIT ON THE COUCH and watch "basketball" (Yesterday) was a bit too much. But GOOD LUCK AT YOUR GOAL, GOD BLESS YOU and LET'S DO IT, emoticon .

If anything I need to sit on a couch and rest. I think I've been way overtraining the last couple weeks, don't remember my last rest day... and on top of that I barely sit the entire day, I'm constantly cooking/baking (I've stocked up my pantry/fridge/freezer with homemade crackers, granola bars, muffin/pancake mixes, breaded fish, sweet potato fries, breads, muffins, black bean brownies, premade salads etc), spring cleaning, taking care of my kids, running errands etc... I'm well overdue for a rest and relaxation day... My legs have felt like jello for a couple weeks now... I just get so bored with nothing to do and keep finding more to do.

Take your focus off the Marshmallow.

"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.
