If anything I need to sit on a couch and rest. I think I've been way overtraining the last couple weeks, don't remember my last rest day... and on top of that I barely sit the entire day, I'm constantly cooking/baking (I've stocked up my pantry/fridge/freezer with homemade crackers, granola bars, muffin/pancake mixes, breaded fish, sweet potato fries, breads, muffins, black bean brownies, premade salads etc), spring cleaning, taking care of my kids, running errands etc... I'm well overdue for a rest and relaxation day... My legs have felt like jello for a couple weeks now... I just get so bored with nothing to do and keep finding more to do.
