Alison, you didn't do anything wrong ! There are going to be days when you eat more than others. That doesn't make you a bad person. So, you over indulged. It happens. No need to beat on yourself. You do your best to eat a little more mindfully for the rest of the week.
Remember, if you eat right 5 out of 7 days, you're still doing better than the average American. You don't have to be perfect to be healthy.
