I'm 67 and I've dealt with menopause. I've learned a lot from Dr. Mercola on his web site. He is a medical doctor and has a lot of information. I love his web site.
Also, I've learned a lot from Richard Bernstein M.D. who says we obese people are Insulin Resistant. He has lectures on YouTube that helped me.

Hello, I am a 52 year old women in desperate need of support. I have been on diets all my life and have finally lost my goal of a 100 pounds. When I went into pre- menopause the weight started going back on, as well as I had many other symptoms. I am starting to have other issue.with my health as well. Spark People have helped me before , but I was never on the message board.

Today I am calling for help as I am finding it harder the second time round.
