Go on a 10K Volksmarch in a place you've never been. You can drive through a town for years and never really see it until you stop and walk around it. With Volksmarching we get to be tourist and see the best of a town or city and we collect stamps in our record books to show how many events we've done. Check out my SparkPeople blog to see some of places that Volksmarching can take you. You are having so much fun exploring that you don't even realize that you just walked 6 miles!

Classes at my gym. Running used to be a lot of fun but lately, it's been draining. I am hoping to find the fun again once I get my excess lard off again.

What is your favorite workout?? I thought we could share some ideas...especially those for cold weather or indoors as the winter approaches in some areas :-(
My favorites are kayaking, rollerblading and my elliptical. I am going for a Fall kayak today with a group from my local metro park. The leaves are in full change and I am sooo looking fwd to it. Though it will probably be the last kayak of the year.
I have found that I workout far more when I have something fun to look fwd to. How about you? Something fun and my playlist...those make my workouts awesome! With winter approaching I am trying to find more that excites me than my elliptical. Gonna try Zumba again. I do a lot of cardio. Anyone have fun suggestions for strengthening....I m so bad about strengthening. Hardly ever get it in. Looking fwd to ideas from my fellow sparkers
