Pinkgirrly89, omgosh I am completely 100% there with you! It's really easy to get super discouraged and I definitely do, but I'm going to tell you what I should be telling myself:
Bad days and weeks happen. Don't beat yourself up about it. Just take a breath, think about what might have gotten you off track (social events, extra stress, boredom?) and move on. Today is a new day and a new week will start. We all have those trip-ups in our path to healthiness.

Forget about losing weight. Think about eating healthy and exercising as becoming new habits. Yes, there will be times when you get off track, but you just have to put your priorities in line and get back to the good habits again. In time, the weight will come off naturally. Rushing it is only going to get you frustrated, then you'll quit, then you'll gain everything back and a few pounds extra. Trust me, I've been there. Think in the long term, so you had a few crappy days, it's okay, just put them behind you and get back to the healthy stuff.
