Just keep never know the next time you try on that smaller size maybe they will be too big...think about the other successes you have had and keep working!

I saw on your blog that you've just gotten a new pair of running shoes. This could be the thing that breaks you out of your current size. Also, you've given up diet soda, and ranch dressing- those two things alone could help, cutting calories with the ranch, and cutting bloat with the soda.


Today's excuses are tomorrow's regrets dressed in disguise.

If you eat crap, you feel like crap and that makes you want more crap.

They are many ways to gauge success. Even though you might not fit into a smaller size pants just yet, don't discount all the other successes you've had. Remember, there are lots of positives that you can't see that are occuring to your body. Do you notice you have more energy ? Have you noticed you sleep a bit better at night ? Have you noticed that you can walk upstairs without getting winded ? Have you noticed that you can carry more bags of groceries without getting tired ? Can you walk or run a mile faster today than you could a month ago ? How's your blood pressure ? Do you know that your doctor would be thrilled if your blood pressure went down even if your pants size didn't. Lowering your blood pressure is a huge sign of success.

As the old song goes,"accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative". Give yourself credit for all those positives you've been experiencing and don't assume something is wrong because you can't fit into a smaller size just yet. Be patient. It will happen.

I'd say give it some time. Sometimes we expect our bodies to change so rapidly, forgetting that it took years and years to make our bodies into the way we are today. Also, one recommendation I have is to try reading and testing out going wheat-free. The book is Wheat Belly and it comes with an accompanying cookbook. Even if you try it out for a few weeks, I'm sure it'll be a good experience. All the best!

Lost so much weight, seen results! But still can't squeeze into a smaller size pants, yet the current size is too big! It's like I'm in between! Frustrated.
