Keep your chin up! Slow & steady wins the weight race. We'd all like to lose 6-10 pounds a week but that is not realistic. Most of lose 1-2 pounds a week and that's the healthy way to do it and keep them off. It is frustrating - I'm there with you! I've been doing 1 pound a week for the past 6 weeks and finally on week 7 lost 2. If you lost 6 in the first week - - you're already down 7 pounds in two weeks! You are doing great!
