Bother because it IS making a difference in the things you can't see - like your blood pressure, your heart health, your mental acuity and your life span. Everything you read says exercise and eating healthy is a factor in living a better, happier, longer life. Keep up what your doing and your going to be one of those +80 gals who's still going strong both physically and mentally. You know the one that everyone talks about.
