Yogurt is dairy, not fruit, and a serving of juice is 4 ozs for some juices, 6 ozs for many other types.

Fruit flavored yogurt.... NO fruit. It is basically jam or diet jam (depending on the variety) of yogurt.

As the others have said
1/2 cup fruit juice = 1 fruit serving. Limit juice to no more than 1 cup daily.

4 oz of juice counts as a serving, but it's better to eat the raw fruit; i.e., an orange, an apple. Fruit-flavoured yogurt doesn't count as fruit.

Yes. :) But you should not drink more than about a single serving.

Here's some other tips for getting in those servings:

From the bottom of that article, a serving of fruit is:

1 medium piece of fruit
1/2 cup fruit (raw, canned, or frozen)
1/2 cup cooked vegetables (canned or frozen)
1 cup raw vegetables
1/4 cup dried fruit
4-6 oz. of 100% juice (serving size depends on the type of juice)
1/2 cup cooked peas or beans

Hi! Quick question: does a glass of fresh juice or cup of fruit flavored yogurt count as a serving of fruit? Thanks!
