You could use the recipe calculator on SparkRecipes.com to calculate the recipe nutrition information, but you would need to measure out how many tablespoons are in the recipe so you could tell the recipe calculator how many servings it has and it will then calculate it based on that info.

Recipe:

4oz philly cream cheese
1/2 cup powder sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Can anybody figure out how many calories it would be for one tablespoon?
