I think this might be helpful information to get you started. It would also be helpful to ask for a referral to a Registered Dietitian since you have this new diagnosis so they can help you with meal planning to be sure you are getting all your key nutrients while limiting those that are offenders.

I have just been diagnosed with Fructose Malabsorption and Lactose Intolerance. I am looking for any sites that can be recommended to help me learn about these two diseases, espcially Fructose Malabsorption. I am becoming quite a detective!!!! emoticon
