Glad to know I'm not the only person that doesn't think it's the best movie ever. It's a cute movie, but not the best.

We took our 5 year old son. He sat and watched it but wasn't ecstatic about it. My husband thought it was ok but not as fabulous as people made it. The song "Let It Go" is great though.

@Rivetpa, you are not the only one who didn't like it. My husband and I saw it together recently. I wanted to see if it was "all that" before I bothered considering taking my grandkids to it. We did not find it to be "all that" and I don't just mean because it was an animated kids' movie.

I agree with the poster who said it's virtually Wicked adapted for kids and Disney. The characters are all voiced by Broadway actors, which is a cool thing for a Disney movie since most characters have different actors voicing them vs. singing for them. Frozen won an Oscar for best animated film and best song for a film for Let it Go. I think everyone gets it stuck in their head. I found this amazing video of a little girl singing it. faithtap.com/1089/let-it-go-frozen-alex-bo y/#t/1089/ I did go see it in theaters with my sister and one of the kids I nanny for. We all enjoyed it.
