not necessarily a healthy use but there is a snack called "white trash" that I think has things like pretzels, nuts, and some kind of cereal all tossed with melted white chocolate... you could use those crumbs in something like that if they aren't too small.

I have the same problem...I have sprinkled them on yogurt and I was thinking of a making a graham cracker-type crust with them.

crush and use in place of, or mixed with breadcrumbs as a coating on chicken, pork chops for a more crispy texture.. crumble and use in meatloaf or meatballs. The frosting will add a little sweetness.

You could sprinkle them over yogurt for breakfast or ice cream for dessert.

We use the large rubbermaid cereal containers and we always have so much of the "crumbs" left in the bottom....I dont want to throw them away, anyone have any ideas what I can do with it?!?! im not much of a recipe inventor!!!
