Yep, I did it, starting in May of 2012, and have run many 5ks since (and have built up my endurance to run my first half-marathon this past October, and am planning for my first full marathon this coming October). Highly recommend!

Yes and I highly recommend it! It's a great way to build up your running stamina.

Has anyone every done any of the interval training using from couch to 5K apps or exercises?
