Welcome to Sparkpeople! I suggest finding at least one feature on this website that you can do on a daily basis that works for you. For some people that is making a daily status update. For others it's tracking exercise and/or food. For me my most helpful habit is to blog. I find that it's cathartic and keeps me focused on my daily, weekly, and monthly goals.

Last but not least, work on building up your Sparkpeople friends list for support. Feel free to add me as a friend :D Good luck!

Bonjour dudes and dudettes of the weight loss and health world :)
Well I have start started on this and want to see how it goes. I would like to track my nutrition to see and maintain were I am health wise.
Little about me, I'm 21, a full time sculpture, photography and video student currently doing a teaching program. I'm vegan and have been for 6 months now. I love animals, I do struggle with food anxiety and eating in front of people but this is something I want to over come. I love playing mario :P uuuum can't really say anything else because my mind is blank now but do drop me a line because I feel that support is the best way forward :) emoticon
