Howdy and welcome to Spark People! You are in the right place for ideas to get fit and healthier. The exercise articles have many ideas for fitness routines to accomodate virtually any need. There are videos demonstrating routines as well. There are Teams devoted to particular health conditions and ways to work fitness around them. Ideas galore. But even better there is support from the community to set goals and work toward them. The trackers help plot a course toward goals as well. Hey, I have been here almost 7 months and have not reached the half way point exploring wht this site can offer! I'd say start reading. Use the Stages and Strategies material to guide you and join a Team or two. Good luck and have fun!

Hey all!!! Looking to lose some of my belly weight before my honeymoon. Had heart issues in college where its hard to run for a long period of time without having problems. Any help would be greatly appreciated and need some motivation to get up and lose some weight. ANy ideas?
